TRANSFERABLE ADULT ENTRY
Each visit includes entry for up to 2 adults! Your membership belongs to the registered child/children rather than specific adults. This means registered children can attend with parents, grandparents, nanny/caretakers, etc!
MONTHLY GUEST PASS
Bring on the monthly play dates! Once a month, you can use your membership to admit ONE unregistered child to play.
Any additional children are welcome to join at our regular drop-in admission rate.

General Questions
What is a Founding 50 Membership?
We're opening our very first Campus Play memberships to just 50 families. Founding Memberships include unlimited regular drop-in play plus member perks, beginning with a three-month commitment (billed monthly).
What are the membership options?
Memberships are based on the number of registered children in your household:
1 child — $79/month
Up to 2 children — $99/month
Up to 4 children — $129/month
Up to two accompanying adults are included per visit.
What other perks do Founding Members receive?
Founding Members receive three complimentary child guest visits during their initial three-month membership, 10% off at Little Perks and first access to special Founding Member perks and events!
Are you cancelling the punch pass program (10 visit and 20 visit)?
No! Existing Campus Play passes can still be used. The Campus Play Club membership is simply a new option for families who visit more frequently.
Unlimited Play Access
What does unlimited play include?
Unlimited regular Campus Play drop-in admission during regular operating hours. Camps, classes, ticketed events and other special programming are not included unless specifically stated; however, members receive early access to purchase tickets/register for these events.
Who can be registered on a membership?
Memberships are designed to be registered to your children. Registered children cannot be swapped for friends or extended family members.
Do babies need to be registered to my membership?
A baby under 15 months is included with the admission of a registered child at Campus Play.
Once a child surpasses the 15 month mark, they are considered a child admission and must be added to your membership.
Who can bring my children?
A registered child can visit with a parent, guardian or caregiver. That means Grandma, Grandpa or your nanny can bring them too! A maximum of two accompanying adults is included per visit.
Membership Card
Where do I get my membership card?
Once you purchase your membership online, come visit us in person to complete your registration and receive your physical membership card!
Do I need to show my membership card every time I visit?
Yes! Your membership card must be shown when visiting Campus Play to access your membership and benefits.
How do the guest passes work?
Your Founding Member card includes three child guest passes to use during your initial three-month commitment. Staff will punch one each time you bring a complimentary child guest.
What if I lose my card?
Please let our team know. A replacement card can be issued.
Billing & Cancellations
Can I cancel?
Yes. After the initial three-month commitment, memberships can be cancelled with at least 14 days' notice before your next billing date. Your membership card must be returned to Campus Play to complete your cancellation.
What happens after three months?
After your initial three-month Founding commitment, your membership will continue month-to-month unless you choose to cancel.
What if I lose my card?
Please let our team know. A replacement card can be issued.
Can I pause my membership?
Founding Memberships cannot be paused during the initial three-month commitment.
