✨ Twilight Private Parties

Perfect for simpler weekday celebrations that still bring the magic. Twilight Parties are cozy, shorter in length, and offer full private access to our play village.

Time: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Available: Tuesdays & Thursdays (only, due to programming)
Guest Count: Up to 12 children + 12 adults
Flat Rate: $275 + tax

What’s Included

• 2 Campus Play team members to support your celebration

• Full access to the entire studio and themed play rooms

• Bring your own cake, snacks & décor

Adults are always welcome — just note that The Campus Play Studio is designed as a child-centered, immersive play environment, so seating is limited. Adults will naturally flow through the space alongside the children.

📌 Please note: Your party’s guest count is inclusive of both adults and children.

Capacity & Safety Policies

To ensure a safe, comfortable, and joyful experience for all families, Twilight Parties follow clear capacity guidelines.

Guest Limits

• Your selected guest count includes the combined total of children + adults (up to 24 guests total).

• We cannot exceed this combined limit, as it ensures safe supervision, hallway flow, and room capacity.

• If you anticipate more guests, please contact us prior to booking so we can offer guidance or recommend an after-hours party instead.

Additional Guests

If we are safely able to accommodate a small increase in your combined guest count, additional guests may be added for an extra per-person fee, subject to approval and dependent on that day’s studio capacity.
Extra guests are not guaranteed and must be confirmed in advance.

⚡ Unforeseen Closures, Power Outages & Weather

In rare cases, severe weather, loss of power, or unexpected facility issues may impact our ability to operate safely.
If this occurs, Campus Play may need to pause, modify, or end your party early.

We will always do our best to reschedule or provide an alternative, but Campus Play cannot be held responsible for events outside of our control.
