Celebrate Big with a Small Crowd – Birthday Parties at Campus Play!
Let your child’s imagination run wild with a birthday party full of creativity, fun, and play! Our Classic Party Package gives kids access to explore our vibrant spaces like Tiny Town, the messy paint room, open-ended craft areas, and our performing arts stage with tons of dress-up fun.
You’ll have one of our two private party rooms, plus a dedicated host to help make the day stress-free and full of memories.
Please note, we can host two parties at a time in separate rooms, so you may be celebrating alongside another group — but don’t worry, we adjust general drop-in play to make sure all our party guests have a great time.
To be clear, we are open to the public during weekend daytime party slots, but we manage capacity closely to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for everyone.

A Few Important Details
To protect the safety, comfort, and overall experience for all families in our play village, our birthday parties follow clear capacity and operational guidelines.
👨👩👧 Adult Capacity
Your booking includes up to 12 adults, which is our standard and safe capacity limit for the play areas based on hallway flow, supervision, and room movement.
If our drop-in volume is lighter and we can do so safely, we may be able to accommodate a small number of additional adults.
Additional adults are $5 each and must be pre-approved.
Please note: extra adults are not guaranteed and depend entirely on studio capacity on the day of your party.
If you anticipate a large adult group or are concerned about capacity, an after-hours party may be a better fit — feel free to reach out and we can guide you.
👧👦 Child Capacity
Your booking includes up to 12 children.
We can safely accommodate a maximum of 15 children total (including your own) for $20 per additional child.
For safety and space reasons, we cannot exceed 15 children under any circumstances.
🍽️ Food & Timing
Bring your own food and supplies.
Party Times:
Saturdays & Sundays
10:00 AM – 12:30 PM
1:30 PM – 4:00 PM
After-hours private bookings start at $425+.
💡 When booking, you’ll choose from our Flower Room or Library Room — both offer the same awesome experience!
⚡ Unforeseen Closures or Power Outages
In rare cases, situations such as power outages, severe weather, or unexpected facility issues may impact our ability to operate the space safely.
If this occurs, Campus Play may need to pause, modify, or end your party early.
We will always do our best to reschedule or provide an alternative option, but Campus Play is not responsible for events outside of our control.
Birthday Party Refund & Cancellation Policy
We know plans can change, and we always do our best to be understanding. Because each party requires staff scheduling, preparation, and materials, the following policy helps us stay fair to both families and our team.
💫 Refunds & Reschedules
More than 21 days before your party:
Full refund, minus a $15 processing fee.
8–21 days before your party:
50% refund.
7 days or fewer before your party:
No refunds, as staff and supplies are confirmed.
☔ Illness or Emergencies
If illness or an emergency prevents your party from taking place, please reach out as soon as possible. While our standard policy applies, we will always try to offer a reschedule if space allows.
⚡ If Campus Play Cancels or Must End a Party Early
If we ever need to cancel or end a party early due to circumstances outside our control (e.g., facility issue, severe weather, or power outage), you’ll receive a reschedule or partial refund/credit option in line with our policy.
Campus Play is not responsible for additional costs or compensation related to events beyond our control.
