Capacity

• Guest count includes both children + adults
• Final capacity is confirmed based on your selected package and group size

• Larger group accommodations are available
• Final numbers and staffing are confirmed prior to your event

Food & Experience

• Families are welcome to bring their own food, décor, and supplies
• Seating is limited as our space is designed for active, child-led play

Weather / Facility Interruptions

• In rare cases (weather, power outages, etc.), we may need to modify or end a party early
• We will always work with you to reschedule or provide appropriate alternatives
• For all private birthday party bookings from May through September, please note that Little Perks Coffee Co. will remain open to the public. Your private party experience includes exclusive use of Campus Play Studio, while the Little Perks lobby (for coffee, treats, and ice cream) remains a shared space.
